Bonding with Baby
We're nearly there! As I'm working on managing contractions, I make sure I still get to bond with baby and monitor his health. I'm using this nifty little device to monitor baby's heartbeat while dealing with contractions. My very own Doppler! :)
It monitors baby's heartbeat (2 headphones for mommy & daddy), a baby belly mic to talk to baby, so baby can hear daddy and others who wants to talk to him, it also records baby's heartbeat & your own and saves it into a digital file. It's not only a great way for mommy, daddy, family, and friends to bond with baby but, a neat way to monitor your baby's health and progress while creating little keepsakes.
By the way, you can record your heartbeat to stimulate the environment in your womb. It's great for when baby is getting a little fussy, scared, or as a soothing sound to lull him to sleep. It's also nice to have a digital file of your baby's heartbeat. Send it to loved ones, put it on your iPod, add it to your digital scrapbook, or just burn it on a CD as a keepsake for you and baby. Pretty neat, huh?
It's wonderful! Been using it since we were 4 months or so. :) Perfect for expectant moms & dads!
